Founded in 1995, Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill location is the oldest operating craft brewery in the Triangle. Gather your friends and join us for fresh beer, scratch-made food, and weekend brunch in an environment of genuine hospitality.
PITTSBORO
In 2007, Carolina Brewery opened its second restaurant and production brewery in Pittsboro, NC. The restaurant features a huge patio, where we host regular events. Its also where we brew and can our full line-up of beers for retail outlets.
