As the weather heats up, we hope you'll visit us often at Carolina Brewery. We've got a new summer seasonal menu, new beers, and live music to keep you cool all summer long!
You're Never Far From Flavor
Our tasty Summer Seasonal Menu will debut in Pittsboro on June 11th and in Chapel Hill on June 18th. The menu is being finalized by our culinary team headed by Chef Paul Rhoades, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Here is a sampling of what to expect: Chilled Tomato & Basil Soup with Garlic Croutons, Local Tomato Bruschetta, Pork Cutlets, Baja Fish Tacos, Blackened Tuna Entrée and Peach Cobbler.
In the meantime, look for chalkboard specials featuring local beef from Cohen Farms. And during the week, check out our daily Brew Plate lunch specials for a fast and affordable lunch.
We are also revising our wine lists with the change in seasonal food menus to offer more selections by the glass and bottle!

Its hot outside and that means its time to refresh with a cold Wheat beer! West End Wheat (CH) and Circle City Wheat(PBO) are both on tap now. Technically speaking this beer is known as a hefeweizen - hefe is the German word for yeast and weizen means wheat. Visually the beer is somewhat hazy - this is the hefe, taste-wise it is light yet malty - this is the weizen. This mouth-watering brew is often served with a slice of lemon for a zesty summer cooler. Look for the Firecracker Pale Ale to be released on June 26th with a special Brew Crew tasting at both locations.

The News From Pittsboro
Join us for our Summer Music Series every Saturday from 6-9pm in our new Beer Garden. Enjoy patio dining and the outdoor bar while you enjoy great live music. The early evening shows are family friendly and there is no cover charge! This month we have Blue Diablo (6/7), Puritan Rodeo (6/14), Nu-Blu (6/21) and Greg Humphreys (6/28). *Join our frequent diner program and we will create your account at both of our locations within one week of receiving it. After that all you have to do is let your server or bartender know your name and your check will be linked to our frequent diner programs.

The Hopshop is located adjacent to our Pittsboro location. Open from 7am-7pm six days a week, The Hopshop serves Counter Culture Coffee, grab & go food, growlers, lattes, espressos, snacks, bottles of wine and merchandise. In addition, the Hopshop now handles all Pittsboro Restaurant takeout orders.
