New Beer, Fin Chaser

Award-winning Carolina Brewery is excited to announce the launch of their new core beer brand, Fin Chaser Pale Ale. This exceptionally balanced, crisp, and crushable beer will become available on September 22, 2022 on tap in both Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill and Pittsboro brewpubs. Draft and cans will be released to key retailers in Fall of 2022.

Fin Chaser Pale Ale

Fin Chaser is brewed for the adventure seeker. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking, layered with pine and citrus flavors, this Pale Ale is your ally for any Carolina mountain stream or coastal pier.

5.6% Alc/Vol

Carolina Brewery made the decision to brew this traditional pale ale as a combatant to a market saturated with overly hoppy and unbalanced beers. They developed the recipe by using their contemporary brewing practices and techniques to create a perfect pale ale for the modern drinker. While its packaging aligns with other Carolina Brewery brands, it includes a slightly new look. Fin Chaser has an ABV of 5.6% and an IBU of 42. It includes floral and citrus flavors, blanched by a touch of malt.
